At first, they listed same property with 2 different names. We booked the wrong room due to this but later on they gave us the designated room. After checking in we found out that tha room wasnt really clean. Also the bathroom lock was broken that too for all 3 rooms, the glass on the sofa table wasnt there. We had to argue and request then to get a glass atleast. The bucket was broken(later on was changed. Extra bed wasnt provided. The receptionist was rude and talked like he owned the place. Also after tipping the room service guy he didnt bother to clean the dishes inside which he promised. The shower/tap was broken as well. Even the induction wasnt working. And on top of that the utensils, induction etc were not clean, inf-act it was very dirty. The behavior of the staff was very rude and unprofessional. I wont recommend this property at any given time and price.

Don’t go there they are Cheat place..no more words for there kind of hotels…

Stay was comfortable. Rooms were clean and staff was also polite. I would recommend this place to everyone
