Room was cleaned. good environment to stay. Near to ST Bus stand and locality 5 min. walking distance. Food facility not available. Amenities gisser 24 Hr hot water available. Good co-operative owner. Beautiful surroundings and a place to stay. Overall good experience.

I stayed there for 1 afternoon out of my 2 day stay. The room smelt of hospital phenyl. The beds are really hard and it was not a pleasant experience. I had to leave and stay somewhere else. There is no one at the hotel reception. They are doing other things all the time. After I came back to the room to collect my clothes and bag, I found that they had changed the lock on my door. I had to call the owner for the key to the new lock, this suggests that they went inside my room while I was living there. (I had neither requested for a clean up of the room, nor did they clean it during my 2 day stay) One thing to note about the hotel is that the road from Kudal ST stand to the hotel gate is really bad (no critisism of the hotel itself).

Room very simple with minimal amenities. Toilets not good. No food provided. Only benefit is near bus stand. Safe for solo traveller.

The guest house was located near kudal railway station, the rooms were neat and clean. Very clean non attached washrooms. Plenty of food options available nearby the property.

Property is not maintained properly room ventilation is not there there is no in house food service bedsheets and pillows are unhygienic

Room should be clean on daily basis, bedsheet should be change on daily basis, towel should be provide, bath soap or shampoo should be provide bathroom should be clean

It's an amazing experience to stay at rutuvihar nature homestay. Absolutely brilliant place to stay. I just love the place especially the hospitality which was given by mama and the owner of the place. And one thing i want to mentioned that the cleanliness in the room is amazing

This hotel security is safe and staff is good.

The USP of this home stay is its location. Its very close to the market. Food delivery is available from a few hotels. Parking space is tight if there are more than two cars on the property. The ambiance of the place is good with plenty of nature around it. I would have preferred a small refrigerator in the room. All in all a good place to stay.

Hotel was good. But bathroom is not in room, it was outside from room. Overall hotel is fine.

There is no cleanliness in room rooftops very dirty and unpleasant not got hot water for bath overall bad experience not recommended.

We reached at around 5:30 - 6 in the morning, it wasn't difficult to find the place as it was marked on google maps. As it's homestay there's no reception per say, the owners stay in the bungalow above the homestay. We ringed the bell of bungalow and the host was available in a minute. They provided us the room keys and showed us all the amenities and facilities available. The staff lady shared towels & asked if we needed soap etc. Tea was provided in the morning. Rooms and washrooms were clean. Cupboard with locker was provided with 2 hangers. Goodnight was provided but the environment was mosquito-free. WiFi was super fast. Only issue was there was no space to dry washed clothes.
