Service was ok and room comfortable but there was no water flowing from bathroom wash basin and no hot water from shower or bucket bath taps. The saving grace was an excellent shop and restaurant in the plaza downstairs not associated with the hotel.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travel-led with two six year olds and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest

It's a very nice hotel in ambala city they have a lot of facilities like open rooftop, restaurant, swimming pool for kids playing and u can view all of ambala from rooftop we enjoyed delicious food with services and such great hospitality.
