location is good ,but dirty room no hygiene at all in room no hot water ,just solo that to without option can't stay

Very dirty hotel I can’t even spend one day Duku Bhi acha Hotel Neta that is very dirty okay and even I told the housekeeping person to clean it up because it's too much dusty, so he just just coming with a Jaadu that coming with the guest is also already inside in the room. Okay I said at least you can do these things before that when the guest going to check in that time you're going to come to clean the room and all the places like washroom is too much dirty. You can't do brushing even.

I really wish I had a better experience, but sadly, this stay was quite disappointing. The moment I walked into the room, there was a strong, unpleasant smell that just didn’t go away. The floor had cigarette butts and stains, and the bed and toilet clearly weren’t cleaned properly. It just didn’t feel like a place I could relax or feel comfortable in. I ended up checking out 6 hours early because I couldn’t stay any longer in that condition. I’m sharing this hoping the place takes feedback seriously and improves — no one expects luxury, but cleanliness and basic hygiene are the least any guest deserves.

If we stay at Royal Sangamam Hotel Kannur, it will be very very bad. Rooms not Cleening toilets very dirty not hygienic

very bad experience...very unhygienic and dirty room...there are so much dust in room and bed....lots of mosquito are also there...room smells very bad...I can must say cancel their license....please don't waste your money in this hotel...you can't sleep over the night in these rooms ..

Worst room with no proper ac and cleaning.

The hotel employees are good. But the room its not worthy for 840 rs. Due to my phone shutdown i was unable to take pics. The room filled with dust n pest. Not even cleaned properly. Bad smell, flush, shower not worked. Mosquitoes, co-crotches everything i met whole night. And the interior looks like ghost house.

Hello o team. Superiors. I'd like to share my stay at royal sangamam hotel on 29, 30 sep. I reached the hotel by around 1230 pm later my room allotted in first floor #106 such a horrible room it was. Dirty bed cot, dirty pillows no bed sheet room was not at all clean dusted overall in roof and no entertainment like tv and washroom full of croackroaches and bugs later i requested for a bedsheet they given a shabby bedsheet which is used already and dressing tables kept aside can't even place our baggages aside or no table to kept out baggages water bottles after requesting they provided later i went to lobby to ask regarding the room provided to me the lobby guy replying me very casually like your room is allotted in 2nd floor due to rains water clogged over there and i asked him to show me the room he denied to show me. Later he said if any room has checkout i will provide you the room later that too not happened at all atlast in night i requested them to i will leave by 1 pm tomorrow he accepted even though my checkout time was 12 noon. Such a weird, pathetic, lethargic room available in royal sangamam even the service was tooo worst.

Good and convenient. Economical stay for one night. Very near railway station. Booking was very easy.

The sleeping is good. But the bathroom was not at all cleaned properly. The cleanliness as well as the surroundings of the hotel were not at all up to the mark.

The room was pathetic. There was no cleanliness maintained, room was not clean. On bed there were bed bugs and they even sweep-ed the room, tv remote was not available, we gave the key to clean the room, but they didn't even bothered to clean that. Bed was not clean up, we got back pain by sleeping on the bed. There were more mosquitoes, we got bit-ed like anything. And in toilet there were roots of the plant which came like boot banglow. Totally the experience was pathetic.

Good room. Neat toilet. For further movements the hotel people could arrange transport. Though they do not hv a cafeteria when food was requested they could arrange in a jiffy.

Very very very etc. Bad room. Non cleaning room, bathroom, corridor, building. Bad ambience. This hotel declines the standard. I have a doubt. This hotel management provides good rooms to direct visitors. But bad rooms provides online booking customers. Because the online customers payment in advance.

Hotel cleanliness is very bad. They didn't even provide blankets to sleep. Pathetic. I won't recommend this hotel. First they need to improve their service

Staff bad behaviour & rooms not good condition

Stay was good. Big and neat room. But reception service was poor. They don't even know how to check booking and payment details. They sent me to another hotel then from there they again sent me back to this hotel. More than one hour taken jus to check in this property. Reception service was very poor.

Staff is rude, cleanliness is very poor, need to ask every time blanket, trashbin, etc. Totally disappointed. Made check out at 8. 30 am due to the rude behavior of the reception staff.
