The hotel is good.. But it is short staffed. The breakfast lacks choices/ options. Staff is courteous and friendly.

It is a Nice Hotel. Their Hospitality is good. Good Room with affordable rate and food also good.

The team gave a very small room inspite of 3 or 4 rooms being empty . And dint give any extension if requested

nice room, good services. Room Experience is great place for young and old. You can have kids parties there as well. The escape room is a tricky one, which makes it a nice challenge. The laser game I can also recommend, so exciting!

The service was very bad. And the ac was not working and the fan speed was also less. . I checked out the property after few hours

I had a very worst experience in this hotel, i vacated after an our because somebody was trying to push the door and we complained to the receptionist but didn’t get any response he was smiling to us. I will not recommend this place, totally unsecured

The hotel emperor is a quite good place to stay with family. Room size is big with ac and lot of storage inside the room. Ample parking space. Food is good in the hotel restaurant. They need to little improve on the service time in the restaurant

I don't even visit the hotel, but they denied the refund. Even from mmmt side they consider it, but they won't.

The room was very clean and organised. The staff was friendly and the service was exemplary. Amenities provided were all functional and the mountain view from the room was breathtaking

Hotel service is not up to the mark. It seems to have lack of staff. No water dispenser available so no refilling, we have to buy water bottles every (1L - ₹20) adding up to more plastic containers. Overall experience was not great considering the amount spent for the stay.

I would not recommend this hotel due to the lack of cleanliness in the rooms and the unclean bedsheets. The condition of the toilets was poor and unpleasantly odorous, leading to an overall unsatisfactory stay. However, the reception staff were polite, which was the only positive aspect of the experience.

Property looked good from the outside. The bed linen were dirty and had marks on it. The staffs were polite. The rooms require an overall uplift. I asked for a toothpaste, which they couldn’t provide. Surprised that a property who themselves call ‘business hotel’ couldn’t provide basic amenities.

Very disappointed with the staff’s behaviour. He has spoken very rudely and the service offered also not appreciable. They have not treated the customers as their guest and not willing to do any favour. I will never recommend this hotel again to anyone. My rating will be 4/10.

It was a good experience in the hotel, they helped us to rent a motorcycle also. The food was also good.
