Stay good food good stay good....

Good location. Food wa tasty and normal rate. Staff service was good. Receptionist asked tip money during checkout, i felt bad. Normally i am giving tips for all supporting staff.

Worst service. Day time they refused to provide snacks or even fresh tea till 7pm. There was no shef. Breakfast was also not ready. Not even tea. Milk got spoiled. This hotel gives only stay and bath facility. Staff is extremely unprofessional. They claim it's a river view hotel. But river is not seen from 201. Mountain view is good. But it's on roadside. So noise of traffic continuously.

This property is awesome and nicely located near to the river. Food and service is very very good. Reception welcomes your very courteously. And they ask for suggestions for improvement if any. Would love to visit again. Value for money, excellent service, cleanliness. The room was lovely, super clean, fairly spacious. Reception was very helpful too.

while booking, there is only one option of standard room but when you reach there they say you will get a room without balcony. heater is shown as inclusion but it’s chargeable i.e 350/- per night. room cleaning doesn’t happen everyday, we have to request for changing bedsheet, towel. toiletries are also shown under inclusions but there was only soap, shampoo and body wash and nothing else, not even toothbrush or toothpaste, hand towel. complimentary breakfast and lunch or dinner is as per their choice i.e paratha and coffee/tea in breakfast and for dinner - roti, sabzi, dal and rice. no dessert, soup, etc. i was felt like being looted there. will never recommend this hotel to anyone👎🏻

No lift. Intimation was not given to the employees by the owner about our arrival though payment and booking has been done long time ago. No-one generally available at reception! food is costly and not upto that mark.

View from the super deluxe room balcony is very nice. only standard room booking is possible. We have upgraded our room upon arrival. Hotel provides very early check-in facility. Room service is very quick. Food is tasty and hygienic.

Rooms are over priced two times without any reason.

This property is conveniently located from the noise of the busy roads and it’s a quiet and serene environment. Property is new with all the modern facilities with very good quality food. It’s excellently connected with the city. Right on the zing bus lounge. You can have a good stay here and take the bus back to delhi.

Vaibhav regency must change their cook, i have ordered worth 4000- food and except dal and butter roti, every other item was very badly cooked and even butter chicken was worst and hard. Stay was good, rooms are very clean and toilet washroom is extremely good. Except food everything about hotel was excellent.

Stayed from 19th may to 22nd may 3nights and enjoyed a lot. All room facilities, amenities are placed with up to the mark standard. Total clean and clear rooms. Beautiful view from balcony and room is the key factor. Delicious foods were served with maintain g hygiene. This hotel must deserve top marks.

Hotel management is good very friendly nature. Good services. Very helpful staff

Food is good, regarding hygiene - the toilet seat is broken rest is good, lastly - even after our repeated reminder of television recharge to the hotel authorities, we didn't get to watch tv for the most of our stay at the hotel and that's very frustrating.

It's a beautiful 3 ⭐ hotel. The balcony has a beautiful riverside view. Rooms have all the comforts .Great property for your stay. Excellent food options and hospitality. Everyone from reception to the restaurant were very accommodating and provided us a truly great experience.
