Review Of Royal Pinehills kasauli

We have booked and the pictures shown in this are fake totally, the rooms, washrooms are pathetic. There are cobwebs in the bathrooms, no proper ventilation, broken water tanks of washroom. If you are going to stay by watching the pictures from here then you are going to spoil your trip totally. Only food is the thing you may like or room staff. However food is very much expensive as compared to other hotels or properties where you might stay.

No hot water, delay in food, no wifi, no cleanliness, no blankets very hard to spend night

I am not happy with the service provided by makemytrip. The hotel they suggested to me was not at that location. It was in an area where nothing surrounded it. No other buildings hotels or nothing. It was too far away. We even didn’t check-in in hotel and our rs3000 got wasted. When i complained, i didn’t even got refund. So, overall it was poor experience i suggest everyone not to book this hotel. Then name of hotel was royal pine-hills kasauli

I like royal pine hills Kasauli stay excellent food excellent service spacious apartment I like in house kitchen and living area lobby with sofa set special like corner relaxing valley view Sattey I like surrounding thick pine tree and tracking forest area I think this area is mini Manali hills fillings room in mini bar super service for room attends special thanks mr.baldev super host .memorable stay I visit again. Thanks to all staff and owners.

I would like to start with the location it was very peaceful. The rooms were very big with an awesome view and we could cook our own stuff. They had large balcony too. They also provided was with a bonfire. The room that we stayed in had a sonar bathroom which was very good too. The staff too was very helpful Mr. Baldev served us very well and Mr. T.P Singh was also very cooperative. Overall, the experience was very nice and we would like to visit again.
