Breakfast was terrible and staff too.

Value for price. But for food. Its just so so. Rest. Good and totally Worth

It was not at all good locationwise as well as facility wise.

Everything is good but bath water was not good and drinking water too.

I like Royal inn hotel very good location very good food I like rooms and washroom and good restaurant and car parking.

They will make you uncomfortable and receptionist person who is take care was very rude and not friendly in nature. Even asking for change the bed sheet which was not in good condition. He ignore. We where travel from Gurgaon

After reaching hotel, manager told us that rooms are not vacate. Our rooms were on 1st floor, after waiting for 1 hour he gave us rooms on ground floor. Rooms were not soundproof and you can not even remove the curtains of window as it will open towards a very dirty place where workers of hotel are sitting and talking. We asked manager to change room he denied very rudely. They provided only 1 towel and did not changed it for 2 days. BF was included but they provide only limited bf not value 4 money.

It was really nice to have a day spending at royal inn, awesome location, rooms were neat and clean, hotel staff was available at all the times for service, food was excellent, I would like to stay there again on my arrival.

The hotel was good and the location was also easily accessible. Room was clean and tidy. Services can be improved a little a bit. Hotel staff was polite. Overall, the hotel was good whether you are taking the trip alone or with family.

Food is not that good, it's away from the main town. Rooms were smelling weird when we arrived, ni basic amenities are provided. Towels were stained. We ordered veg Manchurian which was burnt Manchurian actually. If you are single and planing to stay for a night only, then it can be a budget deal but if you are a luxurious person, please don't go for it.

Front staff don't even know how to talk customers. I personally suggest not to stay in this hotel. Room was dirty. Washroom was not up to the mark. There are better options at this price. At far end of city, no market is there.

Hotel is about 10 KM away from main market Of Dehradun and the convenes facility is good in day but poor after 7.00 PM. Hotel staff is good. Food is average.location is overall good. The garden is beautiful. Nain poinr is that hotel is situated on the main road to mussoorie.

There was no problem with place and staff. but the hotel was old constructed. there was seepage in rooms and was not so clean. They can mantain it and give better stay to the people visiting them.

Not a good hotel at all. The bed was making lot of noise even when someone moves a little bit. The bathroom was not well illuminated. The wardrobe was in a very bad condition. Make my trip should take proper care about its reputation.

As expected, this is a budget hotel. No WiFi and no lifts. Our AC rooms on the first floor were fairly large and decently furnished. There were small problems that are fairly easy to fix: the toilet seat was wobbly (not bolted properly); the bidet was pointing to one side The location is excellent; just a couple of minutes away from Rajpur where there are several good shops and restaurants. The distance from the city is part of its charm - peaceful, laid back, relaxed. The hotel has a restaurant too - not cheap, but good food. If you are on a very tight budget, there are buses and Vikrams (large, shared autos) between Rajpur and Dehradun Overall, a good experience. Will definitely be open to staying here again.

I stayed here for one night. This hotel is far from the city center. Does not respond to calls answer. It was a very bad experience and I will not recommend this hotel. This is just not acceptable. The worst ever stay of my life with bad memories. Very dirty, very unhygienic, very dirty surrounding too. Never expected such bad experience from Make My Trip. I would think twice to opt for the service next time.

Hotel is good but very far away from railway station (around 10 km) and clock tower. There is no market near by and nothing to eat else in hotel. Hotel is not on Rajpur road but at Rajpur and contact number is also not working and no landmark is given.
