The food & check-in, checkout experience is good. All workers are good in nature and understanding. One thing which can be improved is to have room freshener in the room & better smell of bedsheets. A towel should be added beforehand.

Location is good, food was also decent, no lift for upper floors, hot water was not there is bad weather conditions during my visit.

Safe and comfortable stay
Rooms are excellent and I found it to safe for family stay. Lobby is a little congested and smelly due to adjoining cooking space behind the reception desk. It's a value for money option for people travelling to Dehradun.

Poor stay
Roommate was very small and bathroom also, not feeling fresh in room, balcony was very dirty.

Dear guest, sorry for the inconvenience faced by you. But in such low price we provide best service with clean rooms. And in such low rates I don't think you will find any Hotel better than our Hotel. You have mentioned that balcony is dirty but it is not dirty it is just because their is heavy rain during your stay. And if you find rooms are not feeling fresh then why don't you tell this during your stay, we will definitely change your room.
