Review Of Royal Inn

Please don't book from MMT I have booked for three days Hotel Royal Inn there is no facilities in hotel, but they charge for that. I have complained to MMT customer care no response from there side .

Very pathetic room & manager behaviour. Don't use this hotel... -Room is very dirty - Very poor unhygienic toilet - Broken all the items - Rude behaviour of staff - worse of management team - Very unsafe place to stay - worst. Look like a dharmashala...

One of the very bad hotels I have had experience of. Ordinary apartment situated deep in a housing complex, without even a sign board, being passed off as hotel. Finding this was itself a task. The room does not have even the mobile charging point. Broken mattresses, broken pillows, a very hard towel good for floor wiping being provided as bath towel, food - one should not even mention it because I regretted my decision to eat at the hotel. Overall a regrettable choice. But anyways, there is always a next time.
