Location & food are good. Cleanliness, room hygiene is not followed. Rooms are congested, common area too. Overall experience is met few other travellers, had some good times

The beds are comfortable but they need to work on the washrooms They are impractical and very dirty all the time Also the bathing areas are very small for one person also

The property is very beautiful, hygeine is maintained properly and also cleanliness The host is also a superb person The food is the best I ever had in goa The chef is superb Overall a splendid experience also made a lot of memories

Guys please be aware that pictures shown for the property are not correct actually because there's no swimming pool and other amenities in the Rootsvilla hostel. Also, there's a lot of scope for improvement in the hospitality and welcoming guests.

Old hostel, yet amazing vibe if you get to live with good fellow travelers.

The staff nature and the stay was very brilliant and we enjoyed it a lot whenever we will come again we'll stay over there only.

The services provided by tge property is very poor. Basic facility like wifi was not provided on time. Vibe is good at the location but very poor management.

My booking was confirmed beforehand, but when i reached the hostel, it was completely full. I didn't have any other option, but to sleep outside in the cafe.

The bathrooms and the bed were excellent. The cleanliness of the floor was average. Rest all were good

I have booked the hostel for 15 july but unfortunately we cannot reach goa as our train route was diverted and we have asked them for refund because this was an unforeseen circumstance if not we asked them for keep it as an advance for our next trip but they denied and in a very rude way. I have never stayed at this hostel but the rude speech of the staff on phone made me realise it was good that we did not stay at the hostel because then it would be the worst experience.

Wow very lovely experience tbh it was so good i have travel-led 12 states so far but here it was best experience of mine life cleaniness is good food is amazing. # loved it

Nice location. Easy to go to forts and beaches. Environment is good and common area is definitely very good. Rooms are quite small but usable. The room we got was having foul smell so they provided room freshner later. Washrooms are not attached so you have to cross common area from room to get there. As our accomodation was on first floor water pressure was not good so shower was not having normal speed but bathrooms were clean and good. So keeping the price in mind it was a good stay to be honest.

Amazing place to stay, great location, clean, well maintained, but best of all, lovely people. Everyone’s amazing, from the staff/volunteers to the fellow hostellers. Would definitely recommend and looking forward to returning to.

The place was decent, kitchen availability, wifi, common area were good. Locality was easily accessible through bikes. Room however had cracks in them, not sure if i'd recommend this in rain? also, the washroom hygiene could be better, shower & wash basin did not have any force at all, it was difficult to use them. There were vomit stains in basin, it's something people should take care of, cannot blame the property.

There were bed bugs in our rooms, was not able to sleep all night. Got bitten multiple times and the hotel manager was very chill about this.

Stay was good, economy stay. Limited facility, no hot water. Good for bachelors, solo travelers. No restaurants near by so select room with breakfast. Nearby to vagator beach.
