Good Stay
All amenities present but landline is not working again breakfast is included but they have not served the same while I checked out I asked about the same then they told sir you can take the breakfast right now...this is not fair....landline not working also tried to call reception several times but I am unable to connect.

Good Stay
Stay was pretty good. The property is very well maintained and the staff was also really courteous. There are few areas of improvement : 1. The breakfast options available were quite limited and weren’t tasty enough. Hence, would want them to increase the variety and focus on the taste as well. 2. The service should also be prompt enough.

The staff is very good.this place is perfect for holidays. It has a very good swimming pool. My kids enjoyed it a lot in the swimming pool. The breakfast was very good and the staff customized the food as jain friendly. Lunch and dinner at the restaurant the staff prepared the based on without onion and garlic as jain food which was really helpful of them as we don't eat onion and garlic so staff is very supportive and chef the food accordingly. The ambience is very good. the park, the lawns is good. Children's play area can be improved on some of the toys and play items are not in a condition to be used. The hospitality of the staff is very very good. They were very helpful and supportive. Listen to every requirement very kindly and support it. Rooms were very clean and hygiene. AC and fan were working very well and TV was also in a working condition. The bed for a very comfortable and king size bed for families with kids is enough. The bathroom is very clean and hygienic. It had all required items starting from saving gel, soap, body lotion. Over it was great experience in River Inn is excellent. We did not expected this kind of resort also available in Sambalpur.

Good location for a short stay.
Located just outside the city, well connected, spacious property with good ambience. Restaurant services were poor. House keeping services needed little improvement.

Excellent Stay
The stay was super comfy and overall the behaviour of the staffs over there was also very good. The food was also nice. The room given was also well cleaned and hygienic. It's a good experience though.

Location of hotel is the best part. Nearest to the Samaleswari Temple. Room are spacious for stay. Cleanliness needs to be maintained. WiFi connectivity in rooms needs to be improved. Facilities like room locker, freeze and can be given. Food is good.

Now I am staying in River inn from morning ,it’s very good having here. Property was very nice ,Good looking and cleaned just wow😀. Location was very good ,you can enjoy River view from open door also it’s near NH Food 🥘 was delicious ,Today I ordered chicken biryani wow 🤩 nicely served and Hygienic.

Poor Stay
We have checked in at around 10.30pm. The Security system was the poorest. The manager was not at all in welcome greet status. He was busy in his mobile. It was not felt good. Anyhow as it's a late night we wanted to retire. we entered the room and found used linens and AC blankets. I asked the manager over reception to change the same and he said that ,sending the housekeepingbut no one turned up. we also found the House keeping is too poor . overall the property is good ,lots of money invested but with poorest management team. It’s still under construction. Lobby, lift is smelly. Room was very dusty and TV was not operational. Staff are good
