The room was decent—clean, moderately spacious, and comfortable for a short stay. Basic amenities were provided, and the air conditioning worked well. However, the real letdown was the restaurant service. I'd rate it 4/10. The staff was unresponsive, and it took an unusually long time to get even the simplest of orders. We had to remind them multiple times, and still, the food arrived cold. The service felt disorganized and inattentive, which significantly affected the overall experience. Improvement in staff training and efficiency is badly needed if they want to match the quality of the rooms with their dining services.
