didn't like the vibe, very much old infrastructure, need to improve the ambience, good food, need separate kitchen for veg

My recent stay at your hotel in Raigarh was extremely disappointing. The condition of the room was unacceptable: • The room was dirty and poorly maintained. • Bed linen and pillow covers were stained and unhygienic. • Water taps were broken, tiles were cracked, and basic bathroom fittings were in pathetic condition. • The entire room had a foul smell, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. • Cleanliness and upkeep standards were completely missing. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I sincerely hope you take immediate action to improve your maintenance, hygiene, and service standards, otherwise, it will be difficult for anyone to recommend or revisit your property.

The entry to the hotel gave the whole story what we were about to face. It was such a rundown hotel and the staff at the reception were very very rude. The room the bathroom it was painted completely. I have a video which I will share with you and the room also was not at all up to the mark. There was only one toilet near the hall, which is a common toilet, which has the tap is broken, and the whole toilet was steed. Dirty overall experience was so bad that I would never recommend anybody to come to this hotel.

Though the first impression of the average but then one realises that it has seen better days, to their credit the management has started renovations , which means the management is in the right hands. The staff is super polite,breakfast spread is good.Overall a good experience.

I recently visited Raigarh for an official purpose and stayed at Hotel ANS International. The hotel is quite spacious, with lift facilities, and though it’s an old construction (currently undergoing some maintenance), I could clearly feel that it was built with great passion and dedication. Despite facing challenges in recent years due to a decline in tourism, the management is making strong efforts to revive its charm — and I must say, they are doing a wonderful job. 👉 Check-in & Room: The check-in process was absolutely hassle-free. I was allotted Room No. 402 on the 4th floor, which offered a beautiful hill view. The room was spacious, featuring twin beds, and the bathroom was spotless with all essential amenities (shampoo, soap, conditioner, body lotion, comb, etc.). Both the television and the air-conditioner worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. 👉 Dining Experience: One of the highlights of my stay was the hotel’s restaurants. They offer both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dining options, and the food was excellent. A special mention to the restaurant attendants Rubi and Anjana — their warmth, kindness, and perfect suggestions made my dining experience truly memorable. 👉 Breakfast Buffet: The buffet breakfast (included in my package) was simply delightful. The wide variety of dishes, each full of flavor, truly stole my heart. It was one of the best breakfast spreads I’ve enjoyed in recent times. ✨ Overall: Hotel ANS International combines comfort, hospitality, and good food — all at once. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues traveling to Raigarh. Wishing the entire team all the best in their journey of growth and success!

I recently had the opportunity to stay at your property, and I must express my disappointment with the overall experience. Unfortunately, the level of service provided did not meet even the basic expectations of hospitality. Despite bringing these concerns to the attention of your staff, the response was either delayed or completely lacking. This lack of professionalism and care made the stay extremely unpleasant. I hope you take this feedback seriously and work toward improving your service standards. Guests expect comfort, cleanliness, and courtesy – not frustration and neglect.

Cleaning is not properly maintained. Old towels & old bed sheets are being used by the Hotel. Food in the dinner is also very alarming, it seems that unhygienic food is served.

Great team and Superb Management! Good place and homely atmosphere in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh. The food is tasty and good people to take care of all your needs to make you feel like home including the reception team.

Feedback for Hotel ANS International During our stay, we encountered several issues that affected our experience: 1. The room was prepared with only one towel, despite being booked for two guests. 2. There was no floor mat provided outside the bathroom, which caused inconvenience. 3. The bathroom geyser was not functioning properly, and we had to rely on hot water from the washbasin. 4. The bathroom door was damaged at the bottom, which gave a poor impression. 5. There were visible signs of dampness and peeling paint (seelan) on the walls. 6. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing, and we even noticed cockroaches in the room. 7. The hotel ambience did not meet expectations and felt uninviting. We hope the management takes note of these issues and works on improving the facilities and cleanliness for future guests.
