the journey experience was excellent and stay at property experience was excellent. me and my family was very happy during the stay time at the property.

Bad behaviour of Manager

The room was decent—clean, moderately spacious, and comfortable for a short stay. Basic amenities were provided, and the air conditioning worked well. However, the real letdown was the restaurant service. I'd rate it 4/10. The staff was unresponsive, and it took an unusually long time to get even the simplest of orders. We had to remind them multiple times, and still, the food arrived cold. The service felt disorganized and inattentive, which significantly affected the overall experience. Improvement in staff training and efficiency is badly needed if they want to match the quality of the rooms with their dining services.

Pros : Location, Cleanliness, Amiable staff. Good for family stay Cons : worn out furniture. The chair in my room was broken and was not changed in spite of pointing out. There was no safe in the room although the inclusion in the tnc says a safe to be provided. Room was dark because close to a wall in the adjacent building. Choose your room accordingly

Very poor services , rooms are not clean , not at all value for money . Parking issue, do not recommend stay at this property

the carpet was soiled, there was no bath stool, the passage was very dull, no lights switched on, cookie jar with no cookies

Overall stay experience was not that great food quality & cleaning not up the mark. Price does not match with facilities, needs serious improvement

Poor policy by the hotel stay. Bar is a smoking area against government regulations. Even after bringing to notice of the hotel authorities no action taken!

Excellent family stay. Staff are well behaved. Food quality and taste amazing. Maintained hygienic and cleanliness. Location very much approachable to all markets, mall, train station and nearer to mama samlei temple. We celebrate my son's birthday and enjoyed a lot in this hotel. Overall very good and nice feelings. Excellent family stay, well behaved hotel staff.

Stinky rooms, dusty floors, overpriced, everything was covered in dust. And they don’t even allow food ordered online

The hotel stay was good, a lit better than the other ones in the area. However, i do feel breakfast should have been complementary with that price point. Besides that everything else was pleasant and upto the standard.

Nice location & excellent rooms. Prompt service. Staffs are very supportive and quick in action. Based on my health issues they were kind enough to upgrade my room near the lift.

It's a neat and clean property. Location is very good. Food is tasty. All the staffs are well behaved.

Rates are very high and hotel does not live upto expectation when compared to sambalpur = rates value for money.

Was in sambalpur for official work, stayed at siba. Rooms were well equipped with tea coffee maker, toiletries, effective ac & clean linen. The staff was also polite & helpful.

Great infrastructure, great ambience. Customer services is pathetic. Need experienced and educated service personnels, management needs better methods and procedures to entertain customers.

It was smelly and could be a lot lot better. The staff is really nice. The hotel could do much better with more time and exposure.
