Very very bad experience, terrible decision to stay at Uphar Palace. Embarrassed before my family. Even they were not provide additional mattress after a long argument they provided at about 11.30 pm

Worst stay. This looks premium from outside but rooms are in pathetic condition. Full of bed bugs, you can not sleep properly. Very dirty rooms and washrooms. Poor service, serve same breakfast everyday and that too in room. Charges are premium because of locality.

Rooms were very poorly maintained..dirty bad fitting mattress, bathroom not good..only grace isfood was nice, but complimentary breakfast is not worthy...the price was too much for what it offers..may be good deal under a thousand bucks...look for better options I will advice..
