The hotel keeps the gate closed and the door bell doesn’t work. The water tap in bathroom had a problem.

Being on the road side there is too much noise. My sleep got disturbed many times. The cleanliness of the toilet and bath accessories is bad. The reception is clumsy, staff normally keep the lights off and the front gate closed.

You had checked the property before booking. The pictures clearly shows that the property is right on the main road. So clearly, there would be sound of the moving vehicles. Coming to your point of reception light being off at times, we would like to mention that if the reception is not used at some point of time then what is the harm in keeping the lights off. The gate is closed for security reasons and always there’s one staff at the reception to open the door. We don’t see your point as to what is the problem with these two things.
