I stayed at this OYO hotel and had a really good experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. Even though food wasn’t available, everything else was well-managed. The location was convenient, and the check-in process was smooth. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay — I’d definitely choose this place again.

We had booked a room online in advance and also made the payment online. After that, we spoke to the hotel several times over the phone to confirm that our booking was valid. Even on the day of our arrival, we called multiple times, and the receptionist told us to come as the room was ready. But when we reached the hotel, we were told that there were no rooms available. We had to suffer a lot of that night and were forced to take another hotel room at a much higher price. Moreover, the behavior of the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. Very disappointing experience — highly untrustworthy management.

overall experience was good. but all mentioned things like iron, desk,kettle those were not provided.
