Traveling with pets can be challenging, but this hotel made it so easy. They welcomed my dog with a little treat bag and provided a pet bed in the room. The designated walking areas were clean and convenient. The room itself was spotless, and I appreciated that it didn’t have any pet odors. The staff was extremely friendly toward both me and my pet. Outstanding experience!

This hotel was just a place to get shelter for a night and nothing at all. Smelly rooms. I had to pay extra to get a decent sleepable room. Only one day they could serve breakfast another day nothing. Outside part of the hotel looks dirty and deserted.

I couldn’t stay as I was denied check-in due to my delay in flight. The hotel people sold my booked rooms to someone else in spite of me doing the full payment in prior for 2 days. That night me my old mom and my 10 year old son had to search another hotel and stay. I will never book the fabhotels specially the crown in future.

Worst room ever stayed. Full of smell through wall as water leaking in it. Have to climb in 3rd floor through stairs where hotel reception was found whose entry is through back of building. From front it looks like no one stays in this building as construction in progress. Full of cigrette & liquor smell around. Young boys & girls in pair all around inside hotel. It's a hell staying here. Though staffs are ok

Not good for family booking. Small rooms. While booking the property it said that it has lift facility, wifi. But none of them are working. Toiletries are not provided. Only hand wash is given. AC remote was not present in the room. I had to call at the reception to request them to give it. Geyser is disconnected from the water connection. It is present but of no use. Property is at prime location just beside the road, easily accessible. Food availability and quality is good. Staffs are good, they wanted to help always.
