Review Of Ridge By The Lake Hill

I had to remind the room service 4-5 times for basic things like hand wash soap ... I booked two rooms... Also the smell in both the washrooms was unbearable... No proper ventilation in the washrooms and seepage... Overall bad experience...won't recommend it to anyone

Though this is a home stay, it has extremely good view of lake , if you book lake view room with balcony. Mr. Sunil , caretaker is extremely cooperative.

Bahut hi bad room the , sab tuta , itne worst bed sheets or pillow covers. Bht hi bad experiance tha, humko to refund nhi mila ishilye majburi me stay karna pada waha

Food was amazing, property was clean and with nice view and qiute place, i enjoyed a lot

Great hospitality. Both our room and the washroom was top notch. The view from the balcony and even the room as well was great. Mr kuldeep and sunil both were very respectful and hospitable. This made our day!

See so I visited their Lake Lake Hill Hotel Ridge. I think yesterday and it was not a good experience. Actually, the room was quite small and there was no balcony. It was a class and full packed up room full of smell and no telecom was provided to call receptions and restaurants. Also the room had many issues. There were some flying were their mosquitoes were there and it was too costly. They costed me which is quite a lot and they also gave the complimentary breakfast. No, I have to give additional amount for the breakfast which was not in their property. It was outside somewhere we had to visit there to have our breakfast so which is a terrible thing like and it was raining yesterday morning, and I was just walking in the rain going for the breakfast, so it was a terrible experience. I had with Lake Hill Hotel and about the location is like you need to go. It's not direct directly. The parking was not available. The direct access was not there. You need to like climb up and climb the stairs, use the stairs and go a little up to get the access to the hotel. I would say not a great property.

location is good but over charged as per it.. and there's no maintenance for electricity as i have suffered 4 times electricity cut off during eating sleeping n also when i was bathing.. no backups for it was available.. no convenient number was provided like a reception number.. the owner or who so ever i got contacted first with tag of property was not at all instrested in entertaining customers... i would Go at Your Own RISK...

location was quite ok but room was two stinky as well as not much properties and options are there food is too costly as well as staff is not that supportive along with the room the Sean to must different from the pictures Location was good but no parking no lift facility as well as rooms were too stinky No water supply in the morning for shower and daily uses. It was mess for me with my family

Stay was great view from the room was amazing Asked for room decoration and they did good but flowers was not added in the room but overall the experience was great I'll come again here for sure

Location was good food was below avereage Service needs to be improved as TV didn’t function the pillow cover was dull and torn room key posed problem had to use master key every time Sonu from housekeeping was good though
