It is an excellent resort for family and group stay. The food is very delicious and super deluxe rooms are well managed. Deluxe rooms are not very suitable. The location is closer to highway and easy to access for travelers going towards Jharkhand or WB. Staff is courteous and warm giving a homely feeling. This property is located at a prominent location with a fantastic construction. Staffs are fully professional. You get a complete satisfaction whether by food , reception or other facilities. Very neat restaurant.Thanks team 'The Kannelite ' for providing me good and memorable stay. Thanks

Food little bit expensive and room should be cleaned and decorated properly. Space in resort are very good and service is to be improved.

Resort ambience and facilities are good, but service is not upto the mark. Frequent disruption/ non availability of hot water supply, poor management of reception and non availability of any telephone number for room service.

The owner of this property is very rude and arrogant. He abuses, curses, and uses other forms of verbal harassment. I definitely wouldn't recommend visiting this place.

Don't go go unless you have a car or in a big group. Owner tushar dutta is roguish and his wife wife are good in extorting money once they know you are depending on them. Location - poor, total dependent on private transport. No serene backdrop. Food- overpriced. You will find hair, bugs etc. Quantity is small and comes very late best is we all 4 got food poison. Room amenities- worst experience. No complementary water, beverage or even glass, cups, water boiler or even chairs to sit. Forget about toiletries or tv. Bedsheet was stained. Most of the power sockets will not work. So you need to charge your phone at reception. Morning time power supply to geyser was turned off. services- impolite and threatening

Food-nothing available, no varieties, only puri, sabji and rice/chicken room-tidy towels-tidy behavior-ok

The room was shabby. Poor lighting. Ventilation not proper. Behaviour of staff is okay. Not very friendly.

Cons- the hotel is undergoing construction so there is a lot of dust everywhere. The room that we book 1st was a standard room has a misleading description. It is actually a shared room and doesnt have any windows. I had to upgrade to a vip room by paying rs 500 extra. Dining area was very dirty, again due to constructions other things wrong are - no lift and no geyser pros- it is only 500mts from highway the property is very big and has games available for spending time

Worst stay there and behaviour of the staffs is very bad. Their only focus in how to take more money from customers.

First of all the hotel is situated far away from the railway station as well from local market area. That's why u couldn't communicate without hotels transportation. We have booked for standard rooms for 4 persons but they have allotted single room with double bed only. They are using solar system for electricity and the fan speed was so low. We have make the complaints but they were asked to switch to move on to ac room. But after arguments they have change the mode of electric connections. Again the food quality was so poor just like roadside stall. So much oily and quantity also poor. All the bathroom fittings were broken. So, please before suggest this premises you should check it.

The location of the resort is good. Foods and other amenities are also very satisfactory. The overall experience was awesome.

I had paid for 03 rooms and at the time of check in they provided us 02 rooms instead of 03 rooms, rooms are ok but bed is very bad, bathroom is average.

I booked Resort Atmosphere at Kashida, Ghatsila on 28 Nov '23 as all other hotels and other places of accommodation were already filled. I booked a camping tent, where there was no mention of whether it was small or big. On bring checking in, we were offered an extremely small tent which could have been extremely difficult to adjust under normal circumstances. On being requested, we were given a room for which we were charged extra amounting to an excessively high amt for such an arrangement. I couldn't figure out why despite having rooms we were not allowed to book it and on being called I was confirmed of its non-availability. Apart from this, the overall cleanliness of the place is poor with dismal maintenence, the food too is overpriced and of moderate nature. The resort is under construction which on my opinion requires more professional and efficient staffs for timely adjustment of things. The size of the room was so far ok but the phone couldn't be charged due to unavailability of charge points. The saving grace was the location which is beautiful indeed. It has games like carrom, badminton which is good. It has a sprawling lawn and a garden which has been maintained well. The overall safety of the place is good. Being an unmarried couple, we didn't face any problem here which was quite progressive. A good place to stay with family. It only needs more care and hard work to uplift the standard. Thank you 😊!. Bathroom and room are not clean properly. The owner's behavior is good.

Average stay. Overpriced for a Non AC room, Washroom should be renovated. Taps were not functioning properly. They charge Rs.100 extra for room service per day. Staffs were good, food was good.

Location is far away from station. Main problem is auto taken rs. 200, but hotel never offer it's car. The behaviour of the one female staff is not good. They switched off the geyser and not start after request.
