The stay here was good with locally Jai available to handle all queries. Place is in proximity to Halasuru Metro station making travelling easier..

The worth accommadation I ever booked.It is apartment already let out to some one else on monthly rent.In that one room was named as deluxe room .we 4 people in the group booked thinking that the provide us in the same floor. But they provided us in two different floors which was alredy let out to some one else.when enquired the lady helper said you approach people with whom you booked.Irresponsible behavior.We called They didn't help at Least in provided alternate room on cost basis.They dragged us for two hrs finally disappointed us.we left the place by firegoing the entire money .

They don’t have proper clean, and they don’t even give a single water bottle also

We were been told to check out early even though it was mentioned different timing, when we wanted know about this issue they property person couldn’t call call back

They take 1200 extra money for 4 hours. First we are going 201 room number that room was disgusting. Ac not working, fan not working, to much mosquito are there. There is no lift. We are lifting our big luggage from stair, mid night we are changed our room it's 401 on forth floor. That room was good but there is a no lift.

Found bed bugs the first night i stayed there. However they shifted me to a different room, but given the fact that the original allotted room was not cleaned properly is not fair

The room was not at all clean, head rest on the bed was ripped the lenin was in a terrible mess with stains of bed bugs squished in it and the bugs came crawling out the reception boy did not even change it, with my travel kit i slept on the floor.

Apartment is not well maintained. Bathroom without lock and the big lock hole is a then sealed with a transparent tape. Torn bed head boards, and unclean toilets. Overall unpleasant experience and would never recommend for families.

The stay was for 2 days. They charged 2800 inr with no additional. Like no food, no tv. Mosquitoes were there. They should maintain the rooms bit hygiene and clean. For this cost they should provide the complementary breakfast atleast.

It was pathetic. I don’t think i can explain it better. The washroom stinks. The staff was not at all bothered to help

Peaceful l sleep will not be available to guests, many mosquitoes and cockroaches are there. No pest control. The hotel could not even provide a spare key to the rooms. I have a checkout at 12 but due to some work related problems, i had to come back at 9pm but i forgot to give them the keys. They can charge a fine or even a late checkout fee for the time. But they forced me to pay the entire day’s rent as fine. Staff was untrained on how to treat guests

Wifi was not provided, problems with water supply. Pathetic management.

Cleaning needs to improve. Connectivity is good in the centre of the city. The maintenance part needs improvement.

Very bad experience, the rooms are not near, staff is arrogant, ac water is leaking. Terrible.

Very good handling and also very good customer service. And bathroom also nee t and clear. A lot of plus points in this place, there is a good trip for my family
