The hotel room service is good, lacking in variety of food, the hotel is slightly on high altitude, without a vehicle it won't be possible to travel.

Rooms were okay, food was good, l location is very feasible since it's closer to kathgodam station. Amenities can be improved. Linen needs to be cleaned. Overall it was a decent stay for those who want to take a halt while travelling to Nainital

Good location, and it's last point of kath godam. Stuff behaviour are normally, room are good bathroom also best, and big. Nature looking. Restaurant some expensive but quality is best. So you are travel with family than you stay in this hotel

If you are going to and taking the train from Delhi it makes sense to stay over at Kathgodam over Haldwani. Haldwani being a bustling, dusty town. Relax inn is walking distance from the station

It was the worst experience of my life. The receptionist had no grasp of "online booking". Room was very bad and at 9 pm, two POLICEMEN came for enquiry. **** They asked where I was coming from, what was the purpose of my visit and many more things, who the hell did the hotel thought I was ... A terrorist ?? I couldn't sleep at night due to the strange atmosphere surrounding the hotel. If you value your life, never visit this hotel. And MMT should remove this hotel ASAP.

The room was dirty. They just spayed. TV didn't work. No WiFi. Which they mentioned. Telephone don't work so no house keeping. Service was good. However food was not hygienic. Very very costly. Location was good. Weather was good so didn't need AC.

The hotel was located at a good location ... But the stay was not good as expected . . Rooms shown in the pictures by the hotel on the website are just a fraud one .. Nothing exist the same .. No cleanliness and no room service ... Food was only available at the restaurant there ... Overall waste of money

Locatipn is near kathgodam station. Room was good and clean. Overall it was good hotel but TV was very old and it wasn't working and complaint wasn't attended by hotel staff. Attached restaurant was good.

Staff was not good. Room was clean and tidy. Food was good... But room which was given was different from what is shown means not good as compared with the room shown. Its one advantage is that it is very near to railway station.

Things were good, but there is scope for improvement. Food was nit up to the mark, TV was not working and room and toilet were extremely small. Also, they should make arrangement for drivers room. Otherwise all OK.
