Weekend Sta
This place is hidden in the middle of a shopping complex. It will be unfair to call it a hotel because of the lack of space and absolutely no views. The rooms are very small with just enough space for one person to walk around. The AC remote did not work, I had to switch it on/off using the main switch. There was no remote for the TV, which was not given even after the housekeeping staff was informed about it. There was seepage and leakage in the washroom ceiling. No welcome drink was offered to us, which was promised in the brochure. On the other hand, the staff is polite and responds quickly most of the time. The food was good and the portions were bigger than usual. Overall, an average stay

rude staff at reception and terrible service
Good hotel for price point but staff are rude and when you’re in Noida, rude staff terrifies you. Staff at reception were unhelpful and rude. Rest of them like room service and restaurant guys are ok. Won’t suggest this place

Poor Stay
The property location was acceptable but situated in a very congested area. The room was extremely basic and lacked the facilities and amenities mentioned in the listing. There was no gym, no mini bar—just a small room with nothing else. Overall, it was a disappointing and unpleasant experience.

A pleasant and comfortable stay.. good stay and friendly staff ..
The room were clean nd nice ..staff were polite and prompt with room service .. The only downside was the limited breakfast options. Still, I’d recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway.

Amazing hotel value for mon
I had wonderful experience. I am very frequent to greater Noida but this is my first visit to Regenta Inn. i am amazed to have this wonderful experience, they have cooperative staff specially housekeeping and reception team. i regret not to add breakfast in my package for which i had to pay additional, however, it was value for money.

Excellent stay - location, Dining, Boarding
First of all, sincere thanks to the Hotel staff including the Management for their exceptional customer centric support- as always. I am not coming here first time- just to let you know repeated customer stayed here 5 times in last 10 months. This time with family came after a 24hr long train journey- The Hotel front desk executives namely Mr Rohit & Sonia Mam have gone out of the way to help our family in getting us settled with available Early Check-in. This is amazing n special thanks to them. Very decent quality food- variety of buffet breakfast items & nice mix of Dinner menu items. The spacious rooms, in room service, neat maintenance of rooms are worth mentioning. Overall a great place for Family stay purpose.
