My experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms were poorly maintained, with visible signs of neglect in cleanliness and upkeep. One of the most frustrating issues was water logging in the closet area, which made it impossible to use that space properly.
Shockingly, there was no fridge in the room — something I’ve never seen in a star-rated hotel. It was a major inconvenience, especially for anyone needing to store basic food or medicine.
The bathroom setup was also substandard. There was no hand shower, which made the bathing experience uncomfortable and impractical.
We had asked for an extra bed, and what we got was just a mattress on the floor — no cot, no support — yet it was still charged at ₹1200 plus tax per day. It felt completely unreasonable given the quality of what was provided.
Overall, the hotel did not meet even basic expectations, and I would not consider staying here again.
