Very clean hotel
Though a small property, but the rooms are squeaky clean. Good food available for room service. The breakfast spread was not very elaborate (may be due to the size of the restaurant). Only thing the management need to work on is training the staff at the front office and restaurant to be more courteous and customer friendly. Had to escalate to duty manager (Nitin) for extra bottles of water. Had to call 3 times for water and eventually had to speak with the manager. Up-skilling definitely required for the staff as mentioned above. The best and most helpful staff was Satish (security/bell boy). He definitely deserves a raise as his smile and friendliness will make you forget the other staff’s behaviour.

location is good, even rooms are clean but the staff is not at all welcoming. also they have very short staff in restaurant, you need to call them again n again for anything you need.

It was amazing experience good but there is no balcony in premium and all these entire hotel and room doesn’t have smoking area. Everything is good but atleast add smoking zone.

This was the third time I stayed in this hotel. The stay was pleasant, the room was awesome and spacious and clean. Though they have limited breakfast options but the service is good. The location is also easily accessible from station and airport.

Excellent Stay
Hotel was well maintained, neat and clean. Rooms were well lit and coz. Even in rainy season and high humidity there was no fungal pores or smell at all. Services were also good and Food was Good. Special Thanks to Harsh who helped us in early checkin and other requests and also Thanks to Ankur and other staff members who made our stay pleasant. This was our 4 stay in this Hotel.

Room is good No room service after 11 p.m They kept soft drinks , snacks and chocolate in the room , didn't mention anything about the charges and at the time of checkout they charged it , at checkout they hold like you are criminal and will try to scape till hotels housekeeping don't report about snacks and soft drinks kept in room

space is clean, all things were available, food was great, options can be increased in buffet, views are awesome from window as well as outside view of this hotel is also beautiful, each window has plants of Bougainville flowers giving it's a roman balcony look with the white exterior. No exaggeration of images , it's looks totally same as shown in images

Worth the money
The rooms were clean and upto the mark. The washroom was kept tidy with all the relevant facilities.
