We stayed at the Tuli Imperial in Nagpur, a hotel renowned for its exceptional service and amenities. Our stay was a welcome respite between safari excursions. _Check-in and Room Experience_ Seamless check-in, refreshing kokum welcome drink, and an impeccably appointed room with colonial-style interior decor. The luxurious bath tub was a highlight. _Dining Experience_ Dinner at Masala Delight was outstanding, with attentive and knowledgeable servers. _Areas for Improvement_ Concierge service was inefficient, in-room dining was subpar, and the swimming pool was poorly maintained. Access to the Club Lounge was mishandled, and the Mint Leaf buffet and breakfast were disappointing. _Conclusion_ While our room and housekeeping experience were exceptional, service shortcomings and maintenance issues detracted from our stay. We recommend avoiding breakfast and exercising caution with the concierge. With improvement, the Tuli Imperial can provide an exceptional experience.
