Good place to stay where you will get every facility to stay at this location. We would prefer to have this location next time.

Helpful staff, bed heater to beat the unbearable cold, good food, clean, good location, undisrupted wifi overall pleasant stay

Stay at reenam was one of the best experience i had. Polite and very helpful staff, great view, great rooms and great service. I would recommend people to choose reenam.

Good, the rooms were spacious buy nothing clean. The washrooms were also big but the window attached to the bathroom is directly facing the lobby. Which is not safe.

Very bad hotel with untrained staff. Very bad hotel in the leh.

Staying there is like paying money for getting cheated and insulted by the manager, cleanliness was worse than a guest house, safety in pandemic situation 0 and rooms showed different in booking and actually are like Dharamshala. The behaviour of the manager is worst and on asking for up gradation he starts demanding money even for water. Dust was everywhere, and toiletries kept in bathroom were already used by some other guest and towels were pale and dull. Even if it is the last hotel in leh with rooms available, i wouldn't ever suggest even my enemy to go there instead prefer to sleep by the side of the road. The manager takes everything personally and doesn't leave a single chance to harass and insult you.

The property is spacious with big rooms but unfortunately the service is not upto the mark. Moreover the staff will not return you money back when you give them money to buy some stuff from the market. They will only make the bed and not clean the entire room. Overall very average hotel.
