It was good experience here. Would love to stay again

Property was good but it was not maintained at all. The rooms are situated in a basement, and there were rats running all over the place. I noticed atleast 10 rats during my stay. One rat even got into our room in the middle of the night and we had to call reception to get rid of it. Even though the rooms were spacious, mattress was soft and the wifi was good, the rats ruined the whole experience. (3/10)

There was a rodent infestation in the rooms and I complained multiple times but they could do nothing. They sprayed a chemical in the room to get rid of mice but it lead to my 5 year old son and I getting sick

There were mice at the property… Full blown rodent infestation… We complained multiple times but it was not resolved They sprayed a medicine in the room which got me and my 5 year old son sick and nauseated

My experience at this hotel was very bad. There were frequent light issues during my stay, and the rooms were extremely small — not at all like what was shown in the pictures. Definitely not worth the price.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Leaf 9 Grand, Udyog Vihar. The rooms were very neat, well-maintained, and comfortable. The location is excellent — close to both Udyog Vihar and Cyber Hub. The food was fresh and tasty, and the staff — both at the reception and service — were extremely helpful and courteous. Honestly, this hotel should not be rated as a 3-star; the overall experience easily deserves at least a 4-star rating. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers visiting Gurgaon.

The room I originally booked was extremely damp, so we had to move to a smaller one. However, we were charged for the larger room. The furniture in the first room, like the tables, was loose and felt like it could collapse any moment. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

Had a lovely stay at this homestay! the space was clean, cozy, and peaceful. Absolute value for money. Nice location. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a warm experience.
