In RAS RESIDENCY there is Ample car parking, rooms are neat and good, the Complimentary breakfast was sumptuous. This place is near to most temples in kumbokonam.

Average Stay
The stay was good but the food was average and the utensils they used were the worst. Glasses, coffee cups, plates all were stained, if I rub in my finger it used to become clean. it looks like they never washed the cups they just dip in water and sterilize it. Very bad experience with the room service and the glass kept in the room was also worst. The thing I noticed is last night plates kept outside the room were found the next day in the same place it's not cleared. The stay is good if this has been found for a long time Your hotel rating will go down. Even my 7 year old kid said cheeee seeing the cups and plates and denied to eat. Overall nice hotel
Good location. Ample parking space. Clean rooms. Service could have been faster. Food options when people checkin late in the afternoon could have been better.

Good Stay
The property is ideally located near bye-passes, well connected, better service than most of its competitors. It has well-lit deluxe rooms with high quality sanitation & a good Aircon. A minibar with a mini refrigerator is available, but the catch is once you go out with the key, it would be switched off negating its very purpose. Similarly, the buffet breakfast is mostly repetitive without any option of adding any protein for the most essential meal of the day even with the option of à la carte. Some often sort out items like puri, dosa, etc, are in short supply testing the guests patience. Besides some limited cuisine options and a lot of room for improvement for communication by important staff, overall a good experience that we extended our stay by one more night by paying additionally. Having done so, and in the process spoken to fellow guests, we felt bad how with its 'discount coupon' without which the price would've been the same!!

For the amount charged per night, the hotel is very average. The corridors were dirty but the room was OK. Don’t think it is worth the price

Bit of a disappointm
Location - Good. Ample car park. Food - Breakfast was bad. Eggs were charged. Coffee at the restaurant was very bad. Cups kept for coffee was horrible (photo). Aircon was good and the room cleanliness was average. Had to inform room service for linen change. was done immediately. Second time in this hotel......not being maintained well.
