    Food was the worse, no facilities like Radisson, no toiletries was there, we needed to call for towels, wifi was not working, not clean like Radisson It’s like we were in Radisson but with name only not services

    Hotel is centrally located almost in the city, so easily approachable. Breakfast was good with Indian variety of food. First we got the room, that wasn't good. Bathroom was really bad having only a curtain for bath area and having no space even to keep clothes and essentials. But after complaint, they changed our room to a decent room. Staff is courteous.

    I really loved the experience here. Food and ambience were amazing. Everyone so very nice and welcoming specially in Havana. We enjoyed live music and everything. I loved each and every item here. Food here was too finger licking. Overall my experience was great with everything.
