I wanted to cancel the trip but didn’t get a little refund. Even i didn’t attend the booking

There were no amenities, geezer was not working. instead book a room in agrawal pragmatic trust rooms . THERE ARE were good and lot cheaper than raj Hans belliza

The place is not well organised, it's very unprofessional. Breakfast charged so much, but food and variety served was so minimalistic

Ok ok stay. Location was far from city but overall an average experience. Stay part was good and very good for family for 4-5 people

Toilet was not cleaned, they cleaned after i informed, in one bathroom electrical socket was damaged cables are naked and hanging outside which is not safe, other bathroom doesn’t have light, even did not replaced bulb after informed.

I checked out a night earlier.. very dirty and not maintained property. no point of complaining on-site because the property was so dirty they couldn't clean it. it needs deep cleaning. seems like homeless people are regular clients for the property.

Ideally there are 500+ rooms and managed by different vendors. My vendor was bad, rooms were very unhygienic and the phone was not working. I literally had to order water from outside. Don't go here if you are traveling for business or with family. There is avadh utopia, weekend address nearby to this which provides far better amenities and hospitality. One of the worst stays i lived in. Owner is not friendly at all, and looks haunted at night if you travel here. Not recommended at all. Regretted staying for 4 days here.

Atmosphere is sooo good, hospitality, cleaning, staff all are too good. Good place to stay peacefully and enjoy your vacations

Place is mesmerising. We was celebrating my partner birthday and it is one of the best place in surat. Thanks for complimentary breakfast which has healthy, fresh and hot food.

Overall i was satisfied with my visit. The host was friendly and helpful, suggesting me best locations to explore, regarding my field of interests. The property itself is pleasant and suitable for long stay as well. With minimalistic kitchen set up you can even make here some meals of own choice, but i mostly ordered from restaurants. I found all essentials for comfortable stay, thank you so much.
