Average Hotel. The staff is good. But, the property's facility is not as good as assumed as per their Price. they need to improve facilities.

Photo of building and actual building is different. No lift. In some rooms water heater is not working Rooms are very small, good for 2 people

I had a very bad experience. I had booked a room for one night stay but there were no facilities there. What appeared online was not there in reality.

Very unpleasant stay. Nothing was right. There was a weird smell in the room and washroom. Since there is no window and ventilation, the smell was persistent. I informed the staff and they sprayed some room freshner which was so strong that I felt even worse. They asked me to check another room but the smell was present there as well. The water in the tap was extremely hot even when the geyser was turned off. I couldn’t take bath properly. The AC was noisy. There is no elevator. Breakfast was not ready even at 8:30am. Seems like you need to inform in advance. I had a meeting at 9am so I had to leave without breakfast. I ordered dinner the night I checked in and the food came in such a dirty tray. Terrible place

Reduced one star because communication was impossible before check-in (phone numbers were invalid/switched off/not being received). The stay itself was comfortable. Rooms are cozy, relaxing. Sadly no closet or storage space. Bathroom was well-maintained. Complimentary breakfast was nice! Staff was polite and helpful. Allowed early check-in 1 hour before on request. Overall a good experience.

Not all pictures are real. Hotel is multistory narrow building. we were given room at level 3 with no lift. Room is narrower than expected. however, staff helped us to get our luggage upstairs and vice versa. AC was super noisy and disturbed sleep whole night. Best thing was hot water in shower, much needed in this atmosphere.

Very poor no lift and room is on fourth floor, restaurant only name one small room where they put four tables with chair, toilets are very small you can’t stand properly it’s a resident not hotel, nightmare front staff is very rude whereas owner or manager is good

Absolutely annoying experience. Read this before actually booking this hotel. Firstly their “SUITE ROOM”, it is just 20sq. ft bigger than Standard rooms. The washroom is as small as a match box. No lift in the property, so if you are on the 4th floor. While we were out attending our friends wedding, staff opened our rooms without asking our permission in the name of cleaning the rooms, clear violation of privacy & security. They are literally obsessed with their TOWELS. They can't even provide fresh towels on a daily basis. Highly NOT recommended.

Score 3 as it was not presented as per the website presentation. Very small accommodation as per expectation. Hope this will help to get better discount.

we booked a prepaid non refundable reservation for 4 rooms no lift very small smelly rooms without windows no parking unhygienic dirty surroundings very small beds pathetic breakfast and to top it all, they switched off the ac in the middle of the night . don't book.. Avoid this property.

Hotel staffs were really helpfull, very clean hotel, and rooms are also clean. Our expression in this hotel was really good because whatever problem comes the manager and staffs will solve our problem immediately locality is very nice makes you feels like at home
