Washrooms not clean Washroom door not closing Intercom out of order No proper phone network in room No proper wifi network in room AC remote not working properly Body wash liquid not refilled No water in Washroom in morning, Etc.

The conditions of the rooms were not good, unclean washrooms, broken bed, AC issues in one of the apartment we booked.

2BHK Serviced Apartment at Very Nice Location, Building Was amazing. Rooms and Washrooms were clear. Management and support staff were cooperative.

rooms was good but room and washroom locks are not there. place is good. property is very far from station very inside.

The services provided by the property were incredible. The staff and man management were spot on

The rooms were good , views were also good too, but the charging socket of the room was broken , the fridge wasn't working. it's challenging to find a socket which is working and u can charge your phone

Room are not well maintained. We have group of 10 people book 3 appartment and towel is only 4. Honest homes owner is very rude. Don’t book looking for better option

The room was pathetic with furniture broken and staff was not helpful at all. I would like to specially who does not know what hospitality means. Giving the room at a cheaper price according to him means that this is what you get and don’t complain at all. My room air conditioner were leaking but when asked the staff he said that it will stop after 10-15 min and asked what about the water it will be absorbed automatically but he will not help in cleaning the same. The club house picture for kids they have shown it’s all broken and nothing works. Overall you should not visit this hotel if offered for free also.

Third class stay, they didn't informed to restaurant for free breakfast, it took 30 min to confirm free breakfast, geyser was not working, I told Mr Darshan , owner of the property for the same but no one came to repair. We took bath in cold water while my son skipped as water was very cold. Toilet flush was also not working properly. I don't recommend anyone to visit such worst property

we stayed there for 2 nights. When we raised a concern the next morning regarding a rat in the property owner shifted us in the different apartment,which was really amazing and neat too. rest when it comes to breakfast inclusion,we paid the full trip in advance but the owner didn't informed the restaurant people for the same. so it was little troublesome for us also the property owner asked for the amount of rs 371/-additionally for having breakfast out of limit budget, without our knowledge. But overall the swimming pool during the stay, and the other games were value for money. That's why given here good remarks for the same. Thanks 👍😊

We stayed in 1215 on 12th floor. Vibes of the flat is good even they did texture in whole flat that create some of the Goa vibes. All the basic necessity was care very nicely by the host. Easy to communicate and well maintained Appartment.

Good location, Helping nature of caretaker, appliances need to be maintained rest things along with cleanliness were great.

Dirty toilets, stinking, Kitchen sink was also dirty. No utensils in the kitchen, the electric kettle also dirty. Water ran off in 1 of the bahtroom In the second bathroom- While taking shower the shower head fell off.

Security guard behaviour is not good. We didn't checkin in villa. Staff behaviour is also not good. When we not allow to check in i have demand for refund, but make my trip and belliza staff said that refund is not initiate. I have visited with my fiance. Totally bad experience. Not recommend for booking this hotel

MAINTENANCE PATHETIC. DIRTY WITH COCKROACHES. TOILETS IN BAD CONDITION. FURNITURE BROKEN. TV WITHOUT SET TOP BOX AND OWNER DENIED TO PROVIDE ONE. OVERALL PATHETIC.
