The overall view of apartment is quite good. Pictures from Balconies are stunning.. Apartment in an average maintenance condition Few areas of improvement 1) Apartment doesn’t have complete electricity back up which results in power outages leads to sleepless nights 2) Care takers are not available full time results water scarce situation in toilets

Great stay at Rajhans Belliza! Perfect place to stay in Surat with family or friends. Clean rooms, peaceful environment, and great amenities like a pool and indoor games. Had an amazing time – highly recommended!

Location & Place seems to be fine, Owner had extended his generosity... but washrooms were not upto the mark in terms of cleaniness... Breakfast had restrictions...

it was a terrible experience staying in the room which was allotted to me. there were bed bugs 🐞 in the room and i was unable to sleep whole night. in fact i had a 4 yr old son he had redness on his complete body. very sad state of booking room in a good well known property and facing this issue

Rooms are average, cleaning need to be better, towels and bedsheets are very old and on bad shape.

Property is good and located in the dumas area. It is a unique property, an apartment rented by the owners. Apartment has amenities like restaurant, gym, gaming room and swimming pool. All these amenities were well maintained. Coming to the apartment it was a 1br with 2 master bedrooms and a small living area. It also had a small kitchenette with basic utensils. Apartment was fully furnished. Overall the cleanliness was good though some places it could be improved. Overall i would say this is a good option jj surat area for a family for a short stay. Area's of improvement: 1. Some aspects of apartment were old and should be renovated. 2. Cleanliness can be improved even though it was relatively clean. 3. Check in should be easier and should have some standard instructions
