Review Of Hotel 4 Seasons

Staff not well and toilet not higine. Not wel maintained hotel. Not as per photo shown in site.

Prices are higher but, no facilitys, and can't order berk fast even from manu

It was a pleasant stay but they have to look into small issues. Eg; 1. There was no proper lighting in the building and even at the hotel entrance, and i happened to bang at the glass door and got hurt. 2. Tv light switch was not working. 3. They were asking me to switch room after two days of my stay.

This is a cheap oyo version. bedsheets were very dirty and there were stain marks on the blankets as well. The rooms were stinky and not cleaned up properly. They don’t keep water bottles and any toiletries unless you ask them to get it.

Good rooms - spacious, well maintained and comfortable. The hotel is in a mall and occupies just a floor. This is essential to know as it does not have a typical hotel setup. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only issue i had in my stay was that the room was right next to the staff room. Makes it difficult for them as well as the customer will the noise throughout the night.

Staff of the hotel are very kind and helpfull. Hotel maintains every aspect to fulfill the needs of the customers.
