It is a 2bhk service apartment. Though old in construction but at this price (2500) you get a 2bhk house, 2 separate bathrooms, 1 balcony looking inside the premises. The wifi is not working. ACs were working fine. Not much in the kitchen either. If you plan to travel the whole day and if you are just looking for a place to sleep and get ready then this place is budget-friendly and good. It is not a hotel where you can order anything anytime because there is just a kid who comes once to set things up and you have to call the owner again to ask for any assistance. Also, water is not easily available. We had asked the owner to provide us with a water cart of 20 bottles on the first day to manage the water supply and charged us 250 rs. Owner is very friendly thank you! but i have to tell my real experience i recently stayed, and it was one of the worst experiences i've had. The property was not well maintained, and it was clear that upkeep was not a priority. From the moment i walked in, the space gave off negative vibes. It was certainly not worth the price i paid. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay.

Worst place to book. Whole building is haunted & empty. Not maintained. Spiders are there. No water in 1 bathroom. Very smelly.

The homestay option is very suitable for families with older kids that hotels would otherwise consider as adults. It is much more cost effective and convenient. Belizza property in particular is ideally located in banquet/convention zone area and hence teams coming for business purpose can stay in close proximity to their venues. The hosts are friendly and try to help to the best of their abilities.

The rooms were very lavish and furnished, loved the ambience. Their you'll have swimming pool, gym facility and restaurants facilities available. Also cabs are also available in the location where it is situated. Over-all it was great experience, loved it! would recommend if you're going with a group or family, a perfect stay for your vacation!

The rooms were not properly clean, along-with wash areas, also they asked for early check-out and the staff was disturbing.
