The staff was terrible , no etiquettes how to deal with guests, rude behaviour by so called manager. Booked for 3 people with extra price for mattress but when saw the room there was no space for laying mattress. They asked to cancel the booking and book suite. Need to call atleast 20 times when TV and flush was not working. After there unsuccessful attempt to resolve the issue our room was changed after 3 hrs. The room was not clean.

poor amenities. shower is not working. bed making noise. Food is not tasty. I don't recommend any one..

Hotel did not provide drinking water they told we only give packed bottle water, they didn't give breakfast, no one pick call at reception.

But, you have to take permission from hotel managements if they allow you then you can decorate. They will also help you for decorating your room if you want help from their side

Not satisfied with service, i had a long wait in reception during checkin. Receptionist was not doing checkin before 11am. I paid extra money to settle this.
