Hotel near to Charbagh Station.

Stay was good. Food, I can say above average. As there is no option outside, so you can have it in your room itself. Food was hygienic but charges are little bit more as per hotel category. Must be less. Staffs were cordial, supportive. But room sizes are small, not comfortable for family stay. If you are alone or two then you may go it. Good option with reasonable charges. Overall satisfactorily.

If you are in hurry and you don't have any other option then you can choose this hotel. Otherwise go for next.

Too bad Services and location was not in matched with booking.

Location is good, but all the other hotel amenities are very poor, a simple lodge of some places have better facilities than this hotel .. Such a waste of price, Totally no go ..

Staff is good, room is nice ... Food quality is also quite good, you can reach easily .. Room is comfortable but quite small but for two persons it is comfortable and you can enjoy your stay .. Tv is in working condition. It was nice stay ...

Experience was good not just nice toilet is clean but water flow is slow. Sometimes no water is running. Soap is also not provided at the time entering in room. We have to remind for that. Overall it is good.

Food quality is not good. Locality is also very nois and heavy traffic. There is nothing except cycle stores. Service is bad no WiFi facility. Even Mobile network dips to zero inside room. Hotel room needs to be more clean.

Bbakwas. Location is good but service is not. When I cheki in hotel then he gave me a water bottle. That water bottle is not fake. Not original miner water. Then I feel thristy whole night. And AC is not working properly .. Huahuahuajua ... Horrible sound. Bed is good but bed sheets is not good I mean not clean. We

Rooms are comfortable, clean. Exhaust fan at bathroom was not working. Service was not satisfactory as water, towel, soap and shampoo provided on demanding the same. No door bell provided. AC remote cover is missing.

Every time we ask for complimentory services ... Duct near room smell badly and can't get fresh air inside room. Location isquite OK .. Shower not work properly bathroom not clean ... Room size is bit small AC remote on off buttton not work

I stayed here At least 6-7 times. All Good, This time The rooms were not up to the mark. But still I will recommend it is a good hotel. Very close to Lucknow Railway Station and food quality is also good.

I Stayed there for 2 days .. Rooms are bit less in area ... Cleanliness was good .. Food was well prepared and good but room service is bit lagging. Water pressure in bathroom was very low. Wi-Fi password wasn't provided by hotel even on asking twice. Overall good for short stay.

Nice hotel, next time when I will in that city then definitely I will book the room in there. Hotel staff are very much cooperative and the room service also very good. The furnitures and cleaniness is very much apperciative.

Not good for stay as moist walls, toilet not clean, size of room so small even a table for dinner could not be accommodate, lights of room was not working, taps of toilet not working properly, traveller must avoid booking

Great staff that know the true value of customer service special mention for reception and the kitchen first class service, the evening menu was varied. The bedroom was spacious and very comfortable. We heard absolutely no street noise despite being facing onto a busy road.

It was a very pleasant experience. I really enjoy in this property. Cleaning was well. Bed-sheets and toilet was clean and comfortable. Staff was so much helping in nature. Overall this property is useful for training.

Room was small, cleanliness is not very good, services was very good. Staff is very good in behavior, food is good. AC, CTV ... Etc very good. Power backup 24 hrs available. AC 24 hrs working. Nice place to stay. Cleanliness can be better.
