Enjoyable stay
couplePlace is kept clean, rooms were clean and pool was also clean. Staff response was very quick and guru is very responsive any time. It's a good place to relax after long work schedule. Hopefully they will have their own restaurant in the near future

Property is good but kitchen facilities are not there. Zomato or Swiggy is only a option.

Far from any attraction and no services at all
There was no manager, no phones at reception or in room. Whenever you need something, you have to get out of the room and look for people. Two guys working there were nice and sweet but that was not enough. The location is a bit isolated. Becomes a pain to reach Baga or Calangute from their. No facilities or shops nearby either.

Overall satisfied experience except food
Hotel was good as shown in the images and staff are good helped in arranging my transportation and bike rentals, only dislike is breakfast which has only 2 items daily and the poha they served was too hard to eat and it was roasted heavily and food taste was not good.

Stay is nice, good ambiance but location is little far from Calingute 15 minutes drive, nice staff cool atmosphere overall I enjoyed my stay

Amazing place for stay
We stayed here for couple of days and enjoyed every bit of this resort. Reception of this report is a house which is 250 years old, it was surprising for us to know about it. Pool is fantastic, you can connect your devices to the system and play music near pool area and that was the best part. Rooms are also clean and comfortable. Staying in this resort makes me plan again to visit Goa. It was wonderful.

Peaceful and very calm
Real easy to find on location Very peaceful place Adult pool and baby pool both available Recommend this place because of the calm and peaceful surrounding with bird chirping. Located near to Baga and Calangute Beach Co-operative staff. Family friendly If you require peace and relaxing experience, go for Quinta Serena.

Spoil our vacation at Goa
Quinta Serena should not be called a resort at all. Where basic amenities are missing like an intercom. Service staffs are two only. In case of a requirement you need to shout out for services. It's far off from the beach and has mosquitoes. There are spider webs in the rooms. No intercom, only two service boys, far off locality in a neighborhood. Dogs entering your room, dogs urinating in the swimming pool. Dogs shitting in the entry. Worst part was the complementary breakfast which is pathetic, oily curry on the first day which was pathetic. This was so pathetic that we had to leave one day before. We had to checkout on 28th, instead of 29th as we were unable to stay at such a disastrous place. We did not bother for the loss of one day as we felt that it was better to leave before something happens to our kids and us.

The best hotel stay with greenery all around
The location was 15 minutes. Drive from the beach side Calangute. The property is really nice as per my needs. Clean swimming pool, structure, and look of the property is similar to what was shown in pictures. The staff was really nice Sandeep is a very helpful and nice person with respect to everything. As he is aware of all inner Goa places, just discuss with him and he will suggest you very superb locations. For any support, just call him and he will assist. Another staff is also nice Rahul, Babu, and Abhijeet. It was a wonderful stay there.
