Breakfast are not included but when i booking their mentioned breakfast included. No comment here, very bad things

Hospitality is too bad. Nothing good to eat in the name of included breakfast.

No food service. Staff and owner not cooperative at all.
Worst attitude of staff as well as manager. Totally money oriented. In midnight they disturbed us three times by ringing doorbells. It was been told that they have restaurant but when we ordered lunch We had to wait for more than a hour and came to know that they order the food from outside restaurants. No breakfast options and was told breakfast will start at 8 am but no one in kitchen till 9 am. Look like canceled company booking only to get extra cash. Really horrible experience.

Never book this hotel. Very bad experience.
Staff is to rude. Give a pathetic room. There is no basic amenities in room. Smell over there. Phone is not working. And no room services providing by hotel. If you order something from kitchen then went to kitchen and take it you self. They also take pre payment when you order from kitchen. I first time see this type of things from any hotel. They charge a lot of chargers for food and very bad quality of food. Manager of front desk is very rude person. So my suggestion all of you that never go for this hotel. Thanks for MakeMyTrip to help us in this situation. They provide over meals which hotel they after than payment in booking.
