Bad experience no welcome water No towel no shop and any time AC and light off

I wants return my booking amount. I paid 800 rs more for hotel room after booking from your side

We had booked two individual ac rooms but the host provided us a 2 combined room apartment (hall + bedroom) with ac only in the bedrooms and only one attached bathroom. We had to face problem because of 1 bathroom that we had to share among 5 of us. Two room bookings means one ac and bathroom in each room and not the way it was actually provided as two combined rooms with only one bathroom and a. C. Also, the photos shown were different from the reality. The host was very rude and treated us like tenants and not guests. The host did not provide us water bottles as per the room occupancy number (5 in our case) that goes complimentary with standard hospitality generally provided in homestays, guest houses and hotels. The host said that they will not provide water but only rooms. Similarly the host did not provide enough blankets or "chadars" for 5 people. Only one blanket was provided in the room that had ac and nothing in the hallroom. The bathroom and the rooms were dirty and no cleaning took place during our stay. On persistent request the host provided us one toilet downstairs our apartment. Again in that small toilet, the flush was not working, no soap or handwash was there and it was extremely dirty. It was infested by lizards that unfortunately jumped onto one of us while using that toilet. Lastly, the homestay is difficult to locate for which we faced problems for connectivity to vrindavan. In all the homestay, lacked the majority of the basic amenities that it mentioned and is cheating the guests.
