Breakfast is good. Food quality is also good. The location and all other facilities are also good.

the experience was horrible..... they charge me for water bottle... they think if u staying for 30 to 40r ... only bottle of water is enough for 2 person

Pride by Samrat is best hotel in Jabalpur. I have checked around 15 hotels in Jabalpur physically, at the end i like this hotel oride by samrat. In terms of safety and security it is good. Other hotel in Jabalpur does not has that really. Rate wise this hotel is best. This is good for couple, family, birthday party, corporate parties etc.

Will highly recommend it. clean and hygienic stay,as shown in the picture. Kind staff, what stands out the most is high female representation in staff which kinda put your mind at ease if you are solo travelling as a female. washrooms are top-notch, food is great if you are planning to have breakfast in the city I would recommend it's breakfast buffet it's affordable and fresh.

A big shout out to the staff . what cooperative staff .. well trained even better than a five star hotel .. The food was amazing , the rooms were clean and hygienic.. The most comfortable stay and i highly recommend you to stay here if you are in jabalpur ..

It was a great experience. The food is really good.

Location wise, very good, right in the city center around a bustling market. Parking space and entrance to the hotel is somewhat cramped. Rooms were big and beautiful. Food was very good and well priced. House keeping was prompt, but cleanliness wise they can di better, like the towels seemed old and stained although they were washed. Corners were a little dirty

The room was messy- the fittings were broken/ not available in the bathroom. We were provided towels also when asked for- no state of preparedness for the guest who checked in at 8 pm instead of regular time of 12 pm. The breakfast included in package was equally bad - stale for sure. The service is also slow. Only decent thing was dinner.
