Did provide laundry services. Stayed for 2 days still not cleaned room even once. Asked them 5 times to clean says yes we are sending but nobody comes.

Hospitality is good. Our all other family members are staying in the Hotel.
Room s door under repair. Drinking water facilities are not available in the Hotel, They are supplying packed bottle and charging Rs 25/-per bottle.

management not check booking and at spot they allowed poor room , ac of my room not working properly atleast 2 hours facing problem at night it's working too efforts of staff at night 1.55 am . my sleeping disturbing.

Perfect stay
The room was clean and spacious, and the staff was courteous. One thing worth highlighting — the food here is excellent! I’ve been there twice, and both times they served delicious meals.

Horrible experience! We booked through MMT, but upon arrival, the hotel denied our check-in for no valid reason. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. They promised a refund, but it’s been days, and we haven’t received a single rupee! No response to calls or emails—just excuses and delays. Do not recommend this place to anyone! Please don’t come here and waste your money. This hotel is a complete scam! Stay away!

Poor Stay
Location is really good. But the property is quite old and facilities they offer do not work properly. The rooms even though big are not neat and clean. We stayed there as a stop over during a long drive.
