Good Hotel, Good Staff, Average Food
We have booked a suite. Room is decent big as per price tag. Staff is really helpful. Initially Second AC is not working so we got room change immediately. Balcony has not much of a use. Not much options in breakfast and food is average. Overall good stay

Excellent Stay
Had a great experience at Hotel Pride, Alkapuri. It’s an excellent choice for business travelers — centrally located in a prime area with easy access to everything. The staff is extremely courteous and professional. Special mention to Mr. Pranay and the entire team of managers and housekeeping for their warm hospitality and support. Overall, a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Rooms are too small and price they are asking is too much, service is also poor, food served at breakfast has got little choice, you will get room temperature bottles and if you ask for cold water they charge for them

Poor Stay
Restaurant forgets the order. Reception forgets to provide bathroom mat inspite of reminders. breakfast has vermicelli upma which was horrible. In spite of reminding at checkin, hotel missed to provide correct GST invoice. pathetic experience

Horrible stay experience
Location is easy to find. But service is very poor. Ac is jot working and no fan in room. For food you can enjoy authentic here.

Poor Stay
Bed bugs in the first given room. Then when shifted to another room that also had bed bugs. Morning breakfast was terrible. Only dosa was ok. Apart from this ambiance etc was ok.

Dear Guest, we do a daily pest control by a certified agent(outsourced) and hence we strongly disapprove the point that our rooms have bed bugs. Regarding breakfast, kindly be more specific.

When i Checked inn they gave me room on 1st floor room was dirty there was Lady Hairs on the floor and bed linen was used and it was stinking manly pillow cover i think those pillow cover was not changed form long back it was looking very dirty then there was stain on bed linen
