Best stay, no hassle, clean rooms and utkarsh was really helpful
Amazing stay
Amazing stay, rooms were very spacious and every requirements was fulfilled. I was surprised to see that the flat was provided with all the necessities. Behavior of the staff was polite and helpful. I would highly recommend it.
Very horrible accommodatio: promises no performance
Hi mess-rs makemytrip, the apartment you have arranged for us in varanasi has the worst service provided by the landlord! the address on the confirmation letter was anything but the real name of the apartment. So we had to run here and there to find out the apartment. And the taxi fare came double the contracted amount to reach there. The landlord was asking us why we had not shown the photo of the apartment (very fantastic idea, but true) and there was no wifi conductivity and he said it would be set right immediately by a technician. And the technician did not turn up as promised by him. On the whole, the landlord seems to be an expert in creating maximum inconvenience for the guests. This man has only promises and no performance. The worst ever experience for me which i experienced for the first time!

Sir mr jageer, thank you for your feedback, we have noted the same. A few response from our side is a must. First - it will be best for you to book a congested, well maintained, costly hotel for yourself in the future. Second - google maps, personal telephonic assistance, local advices, if all cannot help your driver locate a 5 storey main road building then we are helpless - maybe the driver was at fault and purposely charged you extra. Third - we went out of the way to make you comfortable by giving you early check-in - never appreciated. Fourth - our housekeeper worked like your personal assistant to help you purchase stuffs from the market just out of courtesy. Fifth - wifi was down - it was tried to troubleshoot remotely and then through a technician, it is a electronic device, glitches can happen with them - it was complementary for you. We even discounted the early check-in for this reason. Sixth - i personally welcomed you at the apartment, helped you out with all your out of the world travel queries - all these are good for nothing for your group. All in all, reminder to book a hotel rather than an apartment for your group in the future. Regards
