First of all when we visited the property, they tried us to give the room which was not having the the ghat view/balcony after that when we told them that we have paid extra price for the same room along with ghat view/balcony they told no we dont know about that i haven't see like that in your booking then we show them our booking confirmation pdf and the property details pdf along with rules provided by you/make my trip, then they accepted that ok you can take ghat view room then we get into the room we have booked for then they were taking time to ready that room by cleaning room floor etc, after that after taking our this much time we settled at that room then come to know that guyser is not working at that room then we called the property owner, he came and saw and told we dont have a machine right now please settle down in the non ghat view room and we will give you the room you have actually booked with ghat view and last but not the least at night on the first day the electricity got cut for a very longer time and when we contact the caretaker of the property he said we cannot do anything this usually not happens you have to wait for the electricity to come but while booking we saw 24X7 electricity, so........... i would rather say if someone have to waste time in dealing with this such nonsense and wasting time then book otherwise don't book
