I am writing to express my deep disappointment with a property I recently booked through your platform. We had booked accommodation for 11 people, but upon arrival, the room was shockingly inadequate—extremely cramped, with barely enough space for three people on a queen-size bed and no walking area. Due to the lack of space, we were forced to rent an additional room at a nearby hotel, which offered better facilities at a lower cost.
The property owner was rude and unprofessional, and the amenities advertised in the pictures were completely misleading. I challenge you to validate the property and prove that it matches the claims made in the listing. Public parking was 1 km away, and there was no drive-in access, adding to the inconvenience.
This experience was far below the standards. I urge you to investigate this property immediately and take necessary action to prevent other customers from facing similar issues.
