rooms are comfortable, with clean sheets and blankets. you get a basic terrace also where you can dry your cloths if need be. Although it's cluttered and there is no sitting arrangement so you can't spend much time there. Connectivity is nice. Assi ghat is nearby. You can easily walk to the ghats. I suggest the management to have more cleanliness... table in my room was dusty and there was no doormat outside the bathroom. the stay is pretty basic. it could have been better in the given price.

We had booked accommodation for 11 people, but upon arrival, the room was shockingly inadequate—extremely cramped, with barely enough space for three people on a queen-size bed and no walking area. Due to the lack of space, we were forced to rent an additional room at a nearby hotel, which offered better facilities at a lower cost. The property owner was rude and unprofessional, and the amenities advertised in the pictures were completely misleading. I challenge you to validate the property and prove that it matches the claims made in the listing. Public parking was 1 km away, and there was no drive-in access, adding to the inconvenience. This experience was far below the standards. I urge you to investigate this property immediately and take necessary action to prevent other customers from facing similar issues.
