Excellent room, with clean environment

We booked deluxe A/c room and paid for it. But there was no A/c in the room. Felt the hotel charged extra. Accommodation and staff service were good.

stay was very comfortable.Its location was very good staff was very cooperative.

The Hotel Staff was good and cooperative and it is also near by Railway Station

Property location is good because of high court. you easily get any kind of transaction any time . very live aera. Hotel cleanliness is very good . hotel staff is also very polite and nice. in short no problem .

it's a new hotel and is very clean, with comfortable beds and pillows. THE STAFF are awesome and very helpful. They organised my transport during a very busy period during Kumbh and made it easy for me to go around Kumbh. Highly recommend.

The stay was nice and comfy. In such a rush period we were having decent experience but in compared to the price the stay was not upto the mark. Bathrooms were so so having issues in cleanliness. overall I must say, the stay was comfortable.

Good. During kumbh melas it is really difficult to find accommodation. So we somehow managed at the property.

The stay was horrible, booked the room, but it is a home stay, building under construction, room ok, but bathroom is so dirty, i personally cleaned it before use.

The stay was excellent, the caretaker jitu was very humble and cooperative. Nice ambience. The driver was traveling with me, and was treated with utmost care

Location extremely good, manager jeet is very helpful and cooperative but the property owner needs to take care of this beautiful property and other logistics immediately e. G. -termite treatment and changing of beddings etc. By new ones. Sevices provided is quite satisfactory

Washroom was very dirty. Basic toiletries were not available. Tap of washbasin was loosened. Complementary breakfast was cold and below standard. Attendant was soft but helpless.

Had a decent stay there. A very good environment for those who want uninterrupted stay & enjoy their vacations with their loved ones. Highly recommended.

Very neat & clean room, spacious, all the facilities are available, behaviour of the incharge is very polite. Every time we get a proper response from him. He is always there to find out every possible solution for us.

Average quality. And also it is approx 2 km from prayag railway station. But it is not mentioned in the hotel description
